Sign-up For Our Ski Buddy Program!
Do you love cross-country skiing at Whistler Olympic Park but don’t always have people to enjoy the trails with? No matter if you ski just for fun or want to work on going further and faster, it’s always better with a buddy!
To make it easy for you to find other passionate cross-country skiers, this winter season we are trialling a Ski Buddy program. All you need to do is sign-up via our online form (link below) and provide some information about yourself that will help our Guest Services team find you a suitable match - or matches! Your preferred method of contact will be shared with potential buddies (and vice versa) allowing you to get in touch with each other and become ski buddies.
Once signed up, there’s no obligation to commit and your contact details will only ever be used by our team to find you a suitable buddy during the current winter season. You can opt out at any time and have your details removed from the program by contacting us via email.
Our Ski Buddy Program was started by our team to help you ski more, ski longer, and ski better - but most importantly, ski together!
How It Works
- Click on the link below to access the online form (XC Ski Buddy List) and sign-up for the program.
- Fill in your details and answer the questions relating to your preferences, availability and skier level.
- Provide us with your preferred form of contact – either by phone or email.
- Once a match has been found based on this information, our Guest Services team will get in touch to connect you with a potential buddy.
- Contact your buddy directly and enjoy skiing together!
Other Important Information
- You must be 19+ to take part in the program.
- By filling out the form, you are consenting for Whistler Olympic Park to use your supplied contact information to match you to a potential ski buddy. Your information will only ever be used or shared to match individuals to ski together. Once information is shared, it’s up to you to reach out and make a plan.
- All personal information collected through the form will be stored on our servers during the current winter and will be deleted after the season, or in the case that you have opted out of the program. You can do this at any time by contacting us at info@whistlerolympicpark.com
- A team member will only reach out to you if we have found you a buddy. We cannot guarantee that we will find one for you, but we will try our best!
