Welcome to your ultimate guide to the Whistler Callaghan Valley
When we say the Whistler Olympic Park RV & Campground has plenty of room to roam, we mean it. Not only is there a variety of activities on site, it also happens to be located in Whistler's backcountry paradise: the Callaghan Valley.
getting there is part of the fun
From Whistler Village, the 8.5 km Callaghan Valley Road is the entrance to an epic Whistler experience.
To get to it from Whistler Village, head south on Highway 99 (towards Squamish) for about 5 km until you reach a set of traffic lights.
Carry on, or turn right for a pit stop in Function Junction, home to local cafes, a brewery, shops, and much more. It's a Whistler locals' favorite and worth a stop to load up on snacks for your upcoming adventure.
Once you pass these lights, keep going for another 5 km south. You will see the turn-off on your right onto Callaghan Valley, home to iconic backcountry hikes, award-winning activity operators, and our very own Olympic legacy venue, Whistler Olympic Park.
Premium Access to Iconic Backcountry Hikes
As always when heading to the mountains, please do your research, be Bear Smart and follow Adventure Smart Guidelines.
