2024/25 DUAL AREA Season Passes

A Dual Area season pass includes unlimited skiing and snowshoeing at Whistler Olympic Park and Lost Lake Nordic Trails. This pass is perfect for those who want to ski and snowshoe on an even wider variety of trails in the Sea to Sky (over 100km!) all season long. Dual Area pass holders gain access to the perks of both Whistler Olympic Park Unlimited Nordic Pass and Lost Lake passes.

Just a reminder, per the Resort Municipality of Whistler’s (RMOW) 70-day ski assurance policy, 2023/2024 Dual Area Passholders are eligible for a discounted rate on the Lost Lake Nordic portion of their 2024/2025 Dual Area Season’s Pass purchase. This credit can be applied to Early Bird and Regular Season Pass products for the best value for the upcoming season. To use the discount towards a DUAL AREA ski pass, you must purchase your pass directly from the RMOW. The RMOW will contact all 2023/2024 Dual Area Passholders by e-mail in the next few days with instructions on how to access your credit. Some exceptions apply.

What perks are included with my season pass?

Pass perks are available with all season passes (excluding child & dog passes). Perks must be redeemed before closing day 2025.

How do I collect my Whistler Olympic Park season pass?

Please note the following process applies to those who have purchased a season pass through Whistler Olympic Park. If you have purchased your Dual Area pass through RMOW and require a new card, please refer to Lost Lake's “Pass Pickup” instructions here.

  • If you have renewed your season pass, your existing card will automatically activate for the 2024/25 season once we have received your signed waiver. Please see Guest Services in the Day Lodge if your existing card is not scanning valid at the gate and you believe you have signed your waiver.
  • If you are a new pass holder, or you require a new pass card to be printed (in the case you have lost your previous one or have changed to a different pass type (e.g. from Whistler olympic Park to  Dual Area), please show your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) at the gate upon arrival and see Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, to have your card printed. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

How do I collect my DUAL AREA  season pass?

  • If you have renewed your Dual Area season pass and have an existing card, NEW for 2024/25 you will be issued a SEPARATE PASS for EACH INDIVIDUAL SKI AREA (Lost Lake and Whistler Olympic Park). Your Whistler Olympic Park pass will be reactivated if you are a returning passholder, or you must visit the guest services desk at Whistler Olympic Park to pick-up your new pass.  FOR YOUR LOST LAKE PASS, If you selected the mail option (available before Nov 15), your Lost Lake Ski Pass will be sent to you. Otherwise, it will be available for pick-up at Meadow Park.
  • If you have purchased/renewed a Dual Area season pass from RMOW and have picked up your 2024/25 card, please show your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) at the gate upon arrival and see Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, to have your card printed. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

What do I need to bring to pick up my season pass?

We will require a photo of you for your pass to be printed. Please upload one via your account in our online store, or staff will take one for you on the day.

  • If you have renewed your Dual Area season pass from RMOW,  Please show your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) at the gate upon arrival and see Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, to have your card printed. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

 

When is the best time to pick up my season pass?

The busiest time for pass pick-up is on the first weekends of the season in November and December. Please allow additional time to pick up a new pass if you require it. Visiting on a weekday is recommended for shorter wait times at Guest Services and you can save time by ensuring your waiver is completed and that you have uploaded a photo via your account in our online store ahead of your visit.

What is the 100-day Snow Guarantee?

Your pass comes secured with our 100-Day Snow Guarantee. If less than 100 days of skiing opportunity (5km minimum) can be provided between opening day 2024 and closing day 2025, season pass holders will receive a 1% discount for each day less than 100 as a credit to apply to their season pass for 2025/26.

WHISTLER OLYMPIC PARK UNLIMITED Nordic PASS & DUAL AREA SEASON PASS

  • Whistler Olympic Park Nordic Weekday Adult & Senior Weekday passes are valid Monday to Friday only.
  • To be eligible for the Spirit Pass rate, you must register through the Whistler Experience program. Purchase by calling 604-964-0059 or by visiting Guest Services.

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If unable to use your 2024/25 season pass due to an injury or medical reasons, a credit can be requested by emailing info@whistlerolympicpark.com. The request must be received prior to April 1, 2025, and an accompanying medical certificate is required.

Exclusion of Liability & Safety

As a condition of purchasing any cross country ski or snowshoe pass or ticket, the passholder must read and agree to the pass release agreement/waiver.
