Whistler Olympic Park's sport school offers a fantastic range of cross-country ski & biathlon lessons, camps and clinics, and guided snowshoe tours for all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to Nordic sports or want to assess and improve your skills, we can help. Our CANSI-certified instructors will provide personalized and expert guidance that will help you glide effortlessly & shoot on target every time.

Youth Winter & Spring Break Camps

Our 4-day multi-sport camps in winter and spring breaks give young participants (ages 6/7 and Caz8-12) a taste of the Nordic ski disciplines and snow luge. Our qualified instructors will supervise cross-country skiing (skate and classic), biathlon, snow luge, snowshoeing, orienteering & cooperative games. All skill levels are welcome.

NEW! Kids Snowplay Sunday!

Kids program focused on fun in the snow! Kids will get a chane to try a variety snow related activities such as cross-country skiing, biathlon, snow luge, snowshoeing, tobogganing, ski jumping, orienteering, and a variety of cooperative games. Run by WOP instructors with guest coaches from some of the local clubs. -weekly schedule can be added to the website at a later date.

DATES: January 12 - March 9, 2025. Every Sunday, 1pm - 2:15pm

Cross-Country Ski Private Lessons

We offer private cross-country skiing lessons for all ages in classic (ages 5+) or skate (ages 7+). Our tiered pricing options allow you to book for groups of up to 6 people with the same technique and ability. Lessons can be customized for any level of skier, including those with no prior experience!

School Programs

Set in the picturesque Callaghan Valley, our winter wonderland is yours to explore with students of all ages and abilities. Our programs focus on developing physical literacy through snow literacy – competence, confidence, and motivation to move and be active for life.
