What to Wear & Bring: Dress for the Conditions!
Getting On The Trails:
- Check-in at our Guest Services desk or Rental Shop in the Day Lodge for advice on trails matching your anticipations and physical ability. It is important to check the time required for the trail you want to use as this may vary due to weather and snow conditions (daily trail conditions updates are available during the season).
- Have a copy of a trail map with you (digital or printed). These are available on our conditions page and from the Day Lodge. Our snowshoe trails are also available on Nordic Pulse, a web app with GPS technology for wayfinding out on the trails.
- Stick to the marked trails! Some of them are shared with cross-country skiers, so follow trail etiquette and stay off the ski tracks.
- It is not recommended to snowshoe alone.
