Our 2024/25 Season Passes will be available for purchase starting September 1st, 2024.

A Whistler Olympic Park Nordic Pass provides unlimited skiing and snowshoeing at both Whistler Olympic Park and the neighbouring EVO* in the beautiful Callaghan Valley. This pass allows you to move freely between both areas.

Enjoy the winter season from opening day in November to the end of the season in April. Discover over 55 km of World-class Olympic-caliber groomed classic and skate ski trails for all abilities, and a network of dog-friendly trails at Whistler Olympic Park. Ski to neighbouring EVO to explore additional terrain.

*Passholders who wish to park and access the trails from the EVO Alexandre Falls base can either pay an additional fee of $15 per day or purchase a season pass add-on: $99 for early bird, $129 after November 3. This option will appear as you proceed with your booking. For more information, please contact EVO at 604-964-0058.

Dual Area Season Pass - Winter 2023/24 (2024-25 TBA)

A Dual Area season pass includes unlimited skiing and snowshoeing at Whistler Olympic Park, EVO and Lost Lake Nordic Trails. This pass is perfect for those who want to ski and snowshoe on an even wider variety of trails in the Sea to Sky (over 150km!) all season long. Dual Area pass holders gain access to the perks of both Whistler Olympic Park Unlimited Nordic Pass and Lost Lake passes. 

*Please note that in order to park and/or access the trailhead from the EVO Alexandre Falls base, passholders will now be required to purchase an EVO season pass add-on.

How do I collect my season pass?

*(LOST LAKE / DUAL AREA INFO soon to be updated)* Please note the following process applies to those who have purchased a season pass through Whistler Olympic Park. If you have purchased your Dual Area pass through RMOW and require a new card, please refer to Lost Lake's “Pass Pickup” instructions here.

  • If you have renewed your season pass, your existing card will automatically activate for the 2023/24 season once we have received your signed waiver. Please see Guest Services in the Day Lodge if your existing card is not scanning valid at the gate and you believe you have signed your waiver.
  • If you are a new pass holder, or you require a new pass card to be printed (in the case you have lost your previous one or have changed to a different pass type e.g. from Ski Callaghan to Dual Area), please show your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) at the gate upon arrival and see Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, to have your card printed. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.
  • If you have renewed your Dual Area season pass and have an existing card, you will be required to collect a 2023/24 sticker for your card from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, on your first visit. This will ensure that your card is valid for entry at both Ski Callaghan and Lost Lake. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.
  • If you have purchased/renewed a Dual Area season pass from RMOW and have picked up your 2023/24 card, you will be required to collect a unique barcode sticker from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, on your first visit. This will ensure that your card will scan valid for entry at our gates. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

What do I need to bring to pick up my season pass?

Please note the following process applies to those who have purchased a season pass through Whistler Olympic Park. If you have purchased your Dual Area pass through RMOW and require a new card, please refer to the “Pass Pickup” instructions here.

  • If you require a new card, please bring your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) and show it to the gate staff upon your first visit. We will require a photo of you for your pass to be printed. Please upload one via your account in our online store, or staff will take one for you on the day.
  • You can use your existing season pass card if you have signed the waiver online. Please contact Guest Services if your existing card is not scanning valid at the gate and you believe you have signed your waiver.
  • If you have renewed your Dual Area season pass and have an existing card, you will be required to collect a 2023/24 sticker for your card from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, on your first visit. This will ensure that your card is valid for entry at both Ski Callaghan and Lost Lake. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

When is the best time to pick up my season pass?

The busiest time for pass pick-up is on the first weekends of the season in November and December. Please allow additional time to pick up a new pass if you require it. Visiting on a weekday is recommended for shorter wait times at Guest Services and you can save time by ensuring your waiver is completed and that you have uploaded a photo via your account in our online store ahead of your visit.

What is the 100-day Snow Guarantee?

Your pass comes secured with our 100-Day Snow Guarantee. If less than 100 days of skiing opportunity (5km minimum) can be provided between opening day 2023 and closing day 2024, season pass holders will receive a 1% discount for each day less than 100 as a credit to apply to their season pass for 2023/24.

What perks are included with my season pass?

Pass perks are available with all season passes (excluding child & dog passes). Perks must be redeemed before closing day 2025.

  • 2 x 50% off cross-country ski ticket
  • 1 x Complimentary ski rental package at Whistler Olympic Park’s Rental Shop
  • 2 x 50% off ski rental packages at Whistler Olympic Park’s Rental Shop
  • 10% off purchases at Whistler Olympic Park’s Retail Shop and Day Lodge Café
  • FREE Monday to Friday chariot rental included for 1 hour/day at Whistler Olympic Park’s Rental Shop (first come first serve, subject to availability)
  • 25% off trail access at Caledonia Nordic Ski Club in Prince George

Dual Area passes (excluding child passes) include pass perks, as well as the below Lost Lake pass perks. Perks must be redeemed before closing day 2025.

  • 1 x complimentary Lost Lake Nordic Trails "bring a friend" voucher (equal to type of pass and age category purchased)
  • Free cookie voucher for The Connection Cafe​

Season Pass Terms & Conditions

WHISTLER OLYMPIC PARK UNLIMITED Nordic PASS & DUAL AREA SEASON PASS

  • Whistler Olympic Park Nordic Weekday Adult & Senior Weekday passes are valid Monday to Friday only.
  • To be eligible for the Spirit Pass rate, you must register through the Whistler Experience program. Purchase by calling 604-964-0059 or by visiting Guest Services.

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If unable to use your 2024/25 season pass due to an injury or medical reasons, a credit can be requested by emailing info@whistlerolympicpark.com. The request must be received prior to April 1, 2025, and an accompanying medical certificate is required.
